Valuations of companies and assets
We prepare valuations of enterprises and assets for the purposes of capital transactions, obtaining financing, restructuring, in court and arbitration proceedings, for tax purposes.
Valuations are performed using the following methods:
- Comparative method, including comparable companies and transactions
- Income based method, discounted cash flows (DCF), discounted dividends (DDM)
- Adjusted net assets method – market, replacement and liquidation methods
Preparation of financial models
We prepare dedicated financial models with the analysis of variable assumptions and market conditions.
